How It Works

Our company has relationships with many government agencies. We audit these agencies to locate sums of money owed to people like you. If these funds go unclaimed for too long, they are usually lost to the government agency and can no longer be claimed. Roman Recovery Solutions will not let this happen to you. 

If you’ve received a phone call or message from us, we have located funds that we believe belong to you or a family member of yours. Contact us right away so we can confirm that you are the recipient we are searching for. One you have spoken to one of our recovery agents and agreed to allow us to work your claim, we will set up a time for you to meet with a local notary (free of charge) to go over any necessary paperwork, which includes our contingency agreement, the official claim forms from the government agency, and a document allowing us to act as your agent and deal with the government on your behalf.











The notary will at that time inform you of the amount of your claim, and where it is being held, so you’re always in the loop with what’s going on. Our firm works on a contingency basis – meaning, there are no out of pocket expenses to you for us to process your claim. We pay for all necessary expenses to work your claim, from the expense to have documents notarized, to any government fees associated with the claim, to any mailing or other clerical expenses necessary. 

If we are successful in collecting your claim, we split what we can recover. After meeting with you, the notary will overnight express mail all the documents to our office and we will begin processing your claim within 48 business hours (usually the same day we receive the documents). Claims are almost always processed within two weeks – sometimes much sooner. Then, thirty days after the claim is approved, we disburse the funds to you via overnight mail or electronic wire transfer.
